Process System Design & Flow Configuration
Determine process scheme and system boundary based on gas composition, pressure rating, flow rate, and site conditions
Compressor Skid Assembly Design
Integrate the compressor, driver, cooling, lubrication, separation and auxiliary systems into a single skid — balancing transport and site installation requirements
3D Modeling & Piping Design
Leverage 3D digital models for equipment layout, piping routing and operational clearance verification, reducing field clashes and rework
Pipe Stress & Strength Analysis
Perform stress checks, support assessments and boundary-condition analyses on critical piping systems to ensure operability under field conditions
E&I and Control Logic Integration
Deliver E&I design, I/O lists, interlock logic diagrams and control schematics to guarantee safe interlocking and remote monitoring of the package
Project Execution & Design Review
Organize internal and external design reviews, HAZOP/SIL participation and technical clarification with customers — de-risking the project at the engineering stage

Produce P&IDs, general arrangement drawings, foundation plans, single-line diagrams and as-built documentation tailored to site requirements
